Privacy

The OptimalNourish wizard runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are stored in your browser's session storage and are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use a paid feature (such as PDF email delivery).

We don't require signup, no account, no password. We do ask for an email to deliver your free PDF and a re-check link. We don't load tracking pixels or third-party advertising scripts on the wizard or results pages.
