Refund and Cancellation Policy

The paid PDF export is a digital product delivered instantly, so it is generally non-refundable once downloaded. However, we want you to be happy:

• If you were charged but did not receive your PDF, or it failed to download due to a technical problem on our side, contact hello@optimalnourish.com and we will resolve it or issue a full refund.
• If you bought by mistake and have not downloaded the PDF, contact us within 7 days for a refund.
• We review other requests case by case in good faith.

To request a refund, email hello@optimalnourish.com from the address you used to purchase, with your payment confirmation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
