Is it OK to take all vitamins at once?

For most people, yes. The main exceptions are iron, which absorbs best away from calcium and coffee, and very large mineral doses that can compete with each other. A single meal with fat covers absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. Consistency every day matters more than spreading doses across the day.

Why the all-at-once approach works

Most multivitamins are dosed conservatively, so absorption competition is small. Taking everything at the same meal is easier to remember, and adherence is the strongest predictor of whether a supplement actually moves a marker.

When to split

Split if you take separately dosed iron, if you take stimulating products in the evening and they affect your sleep, or if a large single dose causes nausea. A simple split is fat-soluble vitamins at breakfast and minerals or calming products at dinner.
